Guest guest
OH, LOL!!! Yes, I know my boobs would ENGORGE when I had estrogen dominance. They don't know that I'm on PG. :-) Kathleen > > > > Deb, > > > > What is the " squish " test? > > > > Kathleen > > > > > The only way I can tell a difference is the " squish " test that Val told me about to regulate your hormones. > > > > > > If tender and sore, it means too much estrogen and if heavy, it means too much progesterone. >
Guest guest
That is good to know Mine have been swollen and very painful! I think mine isn't so much as to much estrogen since it is fairly low but because my progesterone has gone so low. My muscle mass has gone way down as well It would be nice to keep the boobs though if they weren't so painful Kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Fri, May 14, 2010 9:01:12 PMSubject: Re: RT3 and insomnia / testosterone OH, LOL!!! Guest guest
I will. I have to start working regularly to be able to afford anything though. I just spent a bunch on the testing for me and my man, then spent more on testosterone and progesterone cream... Usually if you can find an anti-aging doc, they are better and understand the topicals. I think compounding pharmacies may have lists of docs that use them or will give you the name of a doc that uses them. Maybe you could try looking into that for your area? > >> > This is what I have found so far, http://www.testosteronecream.biz/eCommerce/cart.php not trying to sell it! > > There are so many progesterone creams :X I have issues with eating soy, I would guess I should avoid creams that contain soy?> > > > Kitty> >>
