I actually do. I set up a week's worth of meds in old lady pill boxes(I have several of those 7 day pill minders), so I know I don't forget a dose. I have found the pill minders very handy. I have one that I carry with me if I am going to be running errands and I just put my doses in it so I stay on track.

I keep the bottle in the freezer in a ziplock bag. I keep my HC in there also. I actually have some Armour stored in the freezer until I decide if I am ever going to try taking it again.
