Guest guest
Nick and Val, I have a quick question. B/c it can be such a pain dosing 5 times per day if you stay on T3 long-term, what about going on SRT3 so you only have to take it once or twice a day? For me, it would work out about the same financially. Is there a problem going that route? Thanks, Beth

For me, it would work out about the same financially. Is there a problem going that route? Who says you have to take T3 x 5 times a day long term? I have been on T3 only since early Sept'08. When I started T3 I did dose 4-5 times a day. Later (after clearing Rt3) dropped down to 3 times a day & did fine. Eventually after 12 months on T3 I was able to reduce to twice a day. I did try doing only once a day but didn't do well on that. So went back to twice a day & been doing that for a while now. Note I use Tertroxin & take 80-100mcg daily (need the higher dose in Winter) split evenly between waking & bedtime. I always take it buccally. I went as high as 150mcg during the Rt3 clearing protocol. I wouldn't touch SRT3 with a ten foot barge pole!!!! Lethal Lee
Guest guest
Lee, That is very helpful information -- so when you reduced the number of daily doses, did you reduce the total mcg per day of T3 or just spread the same daily mcg in fewer doses? What is your daily dosage of T3 now? I have noticed in the last few days that I can spread my doses out further apart and still keep good temps and pulse. In fact, by doing this, my heart issues have significantly improved and I still feel good. Beth > > Hi Beth, > > >>>>I have a quick question.
