Liz,

I'll log in and check tomorrow morning. I do subscribe, it is a $20

per year well spent I think. In addition to their test results, they

have a lot of other good info on supplements.

New Chapter turmeric was approved. (approved means a product contains

what the label says it does, and doesn't exceed standards for lead).

NSI was not approved:

I wonder, is that because tumeric natural accumlates lead (like gren

tea and Floride), or is beause of soil/air/peticide residue left on

the plants

Hi, I'm late in this thread, is Nature's Way approved? I wasn't going to get

more as I haven't seen any benefit, but would like to finish the one bottle I

have.

Excellent! Thank you for the info. I highly recommend New Chapter's

products as they use organic real plants they grow themselves in

costa rica...check out their website at www.newchapter.com They are

pricey, but good quality.

They didn't test Nature's Way turmeric.

However, in 2002 Nature's Way recalled 4 lots of Nettle for lead

contamination.

It sounds like they were fairly responsible about it. I myself use quite

a few Nature's Way products, because they are readily available here.

did they test the LEF or Vital Nutrients Curcumin supplements?
