I've gotten it from sex without enough lubracation. It only hurt when I touched it, since the cut was hidden in the folds. But I could feel it in the shower when I went to wash and then it really hurt. I've had it on both side and it heals in about 5 days. I don't know if it is the same place that you have it. I'd say this is pretty good advice given that the area, being a most area, is probably best left untreated until you have gotten emergency visit with doc.If you feel you must put something - put an all natural product - so as not to further aggravate the area with addiitonal chemicals which are in OTC products.Go to your local health food store and get a 100% oil of the sort that is excellent for skin, ie Jojoba oil, Coconut Oil, Emu Oil.
