The reason we have LESS time is because of the internet!Ever notice that once you start surfing, you look at the clock and hours have passed. That happens and I think..hmm I should have been weeding the garden....ha haSee what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage.

Yes. That is a MAJOR complaint of mine. No one has time to be friends! I was thinking about how in years ago it TOOK time to get to market, to church. Can you imagine what it was like before the car? WHY goodness me! THEY NEEDED their neighbors and the more friends the better. EGADS we have become so disposable we dispose the PEOPLE around us. God made us to need one another. I was thinking this morning about all of you on this list and how I probably may never meet a single one of you yet we are FRIENDS. We take the time to CONNECT and to think and answer and write these emails! WOW. you guys are the BEST..yes some of the BEST FRIENDS I may ever "not" meet...LOL

ML, I think the Microwave mentality has carried over into so many areas of our lives...we want things NOW, or rather, as of yesterday! I know it's not fun being patient....but I find that my food tastes so much better if I fix it on the stove, or re-heat it on the stove. When you think about it, most of the food heated in a microwave is processed food that we don't need anyway!!!! Just my two cents... *grin* (which may not be worth much!).

Have you all noticed how we have all these modern day conveniences and nobody has any TIME anymore? ~Chelle
