Guest guest
Orthomerica, maker of the STARband, has a good chart online that explains the differences between all of their bands: http://www.orthomerica.com/pdf/starchart.pdf Molly From: Plagiocephaly [mailto:Plagiocephaly ] On Behalf Of s_fran23 Sent: 17 January 2008 04:35 Plagiocephaly Subject: [sPAM] Re: I'm a New Member Too! Hi Molly, We are banding. They cast her on the 15th for the Bivalve Starband. We have her fitting on the 25th. My orthotist seems to feel that time is of the essence if we're going to get the optimal correction. I can't say that I disagree. Do you know anything about the Bivalve Starband? It seems like most people had gone with the normal Starband, but the ortho wanted the Bivalve to help correct some minor (in my opinion) asymmetry issues that exist on her browline and also at her temples.
