I'm so sorry you hurt so bad. Have you tried a hot bath or a hot tub?

Also maybe try some OTC pain reliever like Aleve?

You probably should try to eat something; maybe just some toast or crackers.

I'm no doctor; I'm just sharing what has helped me.

I do hope you feel better soon.
