Guest guest
LOL Sharon... I couldn't get away from those check-marks on my report cards either.. "Talks too much".. Well, at least those check-marks gave my dad the ammunition he needed to say my grades weren't good enough, even though most of the time they were mostly A's with a few B's tossed in... Because had I been quiet, those B's would have been A's.. LOL.. Heaven forbid a C slide in there anywhere.. and I'll NEVER EVER forget that one lonely F I got in Math in 4th Grade.. I even remember exactly what my teacher looked like that year! I wouldn't mind going back to that weather again.. I should have kept my mouth shut. At least needed the A/C in the afternoon meant that there had been some sun to be seen at some point during the day. Haven't seen sunshine since Friday.... Wonder if that has anything to do with the curtains being dropped in the living room though? <evil grin> I guess not, because looking out the kitchen window, there isn't any sun there either! And yes, I did, at least I'm pretty sure that I did take my nap.. or at the very least.. tried... HUGS |)onna When you said you couldn't think of anything to say I said to myself "not Donna!". As I read on I saw that you did think of a thing or two:) We had your weather a few days ago with us needing a fire in the morning and open windows in the afternoon. Did you take your nap? hugs Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. LOL.. Lessee... Ampyra, Baclofen, Squirrels, Birds, Muttleys.. Nope, can't think of anything else going on that I haven't already expounded volumes about.. Happy to hear the "springing" is soon to happen.. easier on your brain trying to plan meals.. much better for the kids to be back with their dad.. Just like the fine feathered females.. get what they want and then forget to call the next morning.. Though I might have been tempted with the dinner on the hoof to make them freezer meals when they came up the drive.. Our temperature.. well.. the classic.. ya know you're from Pittsburgh when... A/C during the day.. furnace at night.. Today.. poor Butter couldn't do his business.. until he figure out to turn his face into the wind.. Zucco, just didn't bother to try at all.. raised his nose into the wind, then turned around and came back in the house.. LOL.. And I'm ta thinkin' that I might just be ready for another lazy Sunday nap.. 's pretending to watch Burn Notice while stretched out on the couch.. so I could pretend to be watching something in the bedroom too.. HUGS |)onna The extra three kids are still here but we are getting closer to getting their dad out of jail. My son has been hitting up the dad's friends for money toward bonding him out. It looks like there will be enough money by tomorrow to get him out of jail! Yea! His kids miss him so much and he is distraught at being away from the kids. The kids are being good and there have been no problems at all but they need their dad. The 12 year old boy is my buddy... he follows me around and tells me how much he like our food. rofl The visiting turkey hasn't come back, as far as we know. I wonder how many times the turkey had been here visiting our turkeys that we didn't see? She was a large female-- way bigger than our two females. We had cows come to visit though. A small group of black and white cows tried to come up the drive but we saw them in time and the kids chased them off. We don't want cows eating our fruit trees! My dogs were extremely excited over COWS! lol I'm doing good. I am having a bit more numbness in my abdomen, lower legs and feet but I'm feeling fine. The weather is warmer now and is just right. It was 72 yesterday. Lovely! I've been watching the birds out the window. There are a lot of house finches and I'm starting to see some flycatchers returning. The flycatchers always nest here and raise babies here every spring. The chickadees are gone for the summer it seems. As always, there are a lot of blue jays and doves. I haven't seen the grosbeaks come back yet though. I need to fill the feeders with black oil sunflower seeds again this afternoon when my granddaughters will be able to help me. How are you all doing? hugs Sharon This email is a natural hand made product.
