I use a 3 qt. sauce pan. I add the oil and popcorn kernels, cover with the lid titled to the side. I place it on med. heat...wait for it to begin to pop, then cover completely. As it's popping I slide it back and forth on the stove top. Works like a charm! Sprinkle with some sea salt and it's good to go!!!
