-- getting discharged tomorrow

Hi everyone,

Well thankfully things are happening a lot faster than I expected. First of all, I was finally waitlisted for long-term care on Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon, I had the charge nurse coming to tell me that they had found a spot for me at one of my two choice locations. Needless to say, I shove off tomorrow and have no clue as to what awaits me.

Having spoken to some people, I've heard very good things about the unit I'm being sent to – both from employee and patient's perspective. We shall see… At least it won't be in the hospital anymore – but then again I will since it's an auxiliary hospital, but heck at least its downtown!Lifeportunities: transform your home-based life into freedom.
