Sorry, can't remember - do you have Hashi's? Val has said that even a little

iodine makes her Hashi's antibodies skyrocket, from her post:

Whil 100mcg Iodine is not alot, it is enough for your body to use to

make T4. When it makes T4 and you ar battlign high RT3, well you lose

the RT3 battle as you just fed the problem.

No I dont; liek multi's of anything. I take individual things on an as

needed basis. I do this with vitamins and minerals. Thoguh the only

mineral I have needed ever is salt and potassium.

No, I would not change my answer. Here's why, a quote from Val:

" Iodine...may be great for some for others it is poison. I cannot recommend it

due to that and the fact we have NO accurate way to know who will and who will

not benefit from it. And also due to my own experience I can tell you it is NOT

needed to heal adrenals nor to get unhypo so why risk it? "
