Guest guest
Depends on your age and physicl condition. Average pulse for 40-60year olds is bout 75-80 with higher for less physically fit. I try to keep mine around low 90's or less. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > I just started T3 today and want to be monitoring my pulse rate. Guest guest
I'm taking 75 of Levoxyl and 17.50mgs of Cytomel, my temp went up to 99.2, and my pulse walking around was as high as 140. I have sinced dropped 2.50 mgs of Cytomel, temp went down, but within 24 hours my resting pulse went from 85 to 65 (walking was 90's). Is that normal to drop so quickly? d---------- Original Message ----------To: RT3_T3 Subject: Re: PulseDate: Sat, 19 Jun 2010 18:43:53 -0400Depends on your age and physicl condition. Guest guest
I have been monitoring my pulse by checking my neck or wrist for 15 seconds and multiplying by 4. It has been between 18-20. But, I just took my blood pressure and the monitor said my pulse was 98. I went back to look at old readings in the memory and found other times where my pulse was higher than 90 before I ever even started T3. I am confused. I am only taking 12.5 T3 right now and my pulse is already high (according to the machine not according to my readings). Is this my adrenals? I either have to take NTH or T3 (even at this low dose). Any thoughts? Aimee
Guest guest
Check your sodium, lwo sodium causes high pulse that wil vary through the day. If it is from T3 it wil be high ALL the time. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > I have been monitoring my pulse by checking my neck or wrist for 15 seconds and multiplying by 4.
