I thought exercise stimulated the thyroid so it would be the other way around If you no longer have any thyroid output because you have suppressed TSH with a full replacement dose of thyroid then a very active time can end up needing more cortisol or T3. And whle on ANY thyroid medication your own thyroid is literally shut down. If your thyroid COULD make enough hormone on demand, you would not be here!
