Hi Christa,

How is your blood glucose (BG)? My feet did that before I was diagnosed with

diabetes. Other things like low ferritin can also have this symptom. Have you

had ferritin checked?

>>>Does anyone know or have an opinion or explanation as to why I often

experience tingling soles of my feet when retiring for bed?

Hi Christa... I am not too sure if this means anything, but when I was

pregnant had this issue ALOT.. all the time, I was told it was due too

High estrogen, and sluggish liver ( which I do have bothe of ) I am

also insulin resistant as well..Once I had the baby it went away, it

comes and goes now but happens so infrequently for me now.. I also just

did a Liver detox too which helped too clear up my gross feet ( drying

and cracking )..anway just thought I would toss this out your way.

Sounds like low magnesium to me. ASk them to check the Magnesium Red

Blood Cell Count.

Thanks

no - not really - had fasting glucose levels checked once or twice,

but maybe I should get a home testing monitor - any method you

recommend for monitoring blood glucose? watching this would probably

help my weight fluctuations too , in this phase of my life.

thank you!
