If you are asking about what you can be on for testing, yes, C, B, salt,

etc. is okay. Just get off the things I sent you in the other email and be

off for two weeks before testing. You have to know where your adrenals are

before you can create an educated plan. You can start graphing temps

anytime, but your first step is ordering the saliva tests.

Cherie? Val? In reading the post below- and having used Dr. s

for a year with good results then a huge crash, I'm wondering if I

can try some combo of Vit C, B12, multi vit, sea salt, mag, Iodine

and DHEA combo. I'm stopping s Rebuilder and Herbal formula,

staying on Dr. W's stress formula which seems to be just a good

multi. I already take B-100 daily, started Iodoral 1 a day, to

increase 1 every week until up to 4-5 a day. have sea salt but don't

know how much to take. Assuming I can't add adrenal cortex or DHEA

if doing a saliva test in 2 weeks. Shoudl I be doing a temp chart now?

Isn't the idea to heal the adrenals not just replace their function?

Oh, forgot to answer. The goal is to heal adrenals, not just to replace.

Unless you have 's than likely you will be on cortisol for life.
