Something I should add, in primary adrenal insufficiency you see the skin

changes but in secondary it is a lot less common. And the higher the stage

of adrenal fatigue the more likely the skin changes. Mine started out

slowly, a few freckles on my hand in 2002. By 2005 I had tons and by 2007 it

got really horrible. Lots of new dark moles too. I also had a bad adrenal

year in 2007. Vitiligo also has started. Both of these are related to

melanin which is an adrenal issue from what I have researched.

Though Vitiligo can also be a thyroid issue.
