Guest guest
Hello Val and Friends, I've started minute amounts of T3 and was getting along well except headaches in mornings sometimes which would go away. The past two days, though I have slight depression and can't concentrate well. Also feel slight nausea. Would the T3 do this? Never has before. Could the iron do this? I have never taken much iron, but am on about 100 mg. Would sure appreciate any input. Thank's a bunch. Pat Re: High Blood Pressure We need your Free T3 to know if your RT3 is too high as it is the ratio odf the two that matters. but your FERRITIN is too low and THAT can cause intolerance ot thyroid meds. It should be between 70-90 for best health. I would say 150mg daily of elemental iron would be helpful and should bring it up in a few months. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
Nausea coud be the T3 causing adrenal stress or it could be the iron irritating youer tummy. Need to find out which it is by eliminating one of them for a few days . -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
OK, so both things could be responsible, so I;ll try eliminating one at a time. Thank's so very much. Guest guest
Thank you,Val. Maybe I should go slower. Pat Re: High Blood Pressure I would think while rampoing up T3 any nause would be an adrenal reaction. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
