Guest guest
>>Thank you. I'm not on cortisol yet. But, I have dropped my AT from 90 mg. to 60 mg. a day on the advice of my nutritionist. It has certainly helped in my having much less anxiousness and irregular heartbeats --what a relief! I have also been sleeping better. In your opinion, would you try upping it to 75 mg.?<< With the symptoms you are having I woul be lookign into better adrenal support before raising the thyroid. The thyroid meds can't work properly with low cortiso which is why youget the anxiety and irregular heartbeast on more Armour. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
What would you take for better adrenal support until, and if, my doctor gives me cortisol next month? Thank you for the informative response, it makes so much sense! Homekeeper > With the symptoms you are having I woul be lookign into better adrenal support before raising the thyroid. Guest guest
There really is not much besides meds containing cortisol that reaplce cortisol. You can order Isocort, which contains Cortios and is an OTC product. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
