Iodine stimulates the thyrod to produce hormones as thta is what thyroid

hormones are made of, and what does ti produce the most of? T4, and thus

RT3. I do not feel iodine is a good supplement for peopl ewith high Rt3.

is it maybe good for those who have been on t3 only for a yr..and were even thinking of adding a tiny bit of t4, but decided not to?

I feel if you are taking NEOUGH Thyri dyou do nto need more iodine as

thryoid hormones are MADE of iodine.If you have Hashi's it can stimulate

a Hashi attack. Sorry I think the iodine craze wil pass juts like the

low fat diet has and both are dangerous to many people.
