Guest guest
I experienced stinging for the first few weeks or so then it will go away after you keep using it. Diluting 50% helps like Margery said. It feels very uncomfortable when you have it on but it works wonderfully. I had knee and hip pain but after using it for a short time ( maybe about one week ) the pain has gone away but I covered my entire body from feet to neck in it. I spray it on about 40 minutes before a planned shower and you'll need to moisturize your skin afterwards because it dries mine out. I'm going to try that oil. If you take the oil do you have to stop oral magnesium? Can I put the oil directly on my back/hips and neck where I have pain? > > > > Dr. Carolyn Dean commented on magnesium in a post recently: > > > > http://drcarolyndean.com/tips?e=0065-1 & p=2061 in which she says, > > > > "As you may know by now, I don't limit my magnesium recommendations > > to any one product or company. I have a Chelated mutli-mineral that was recommended by a acupuncturist, however, it has iodine in it. I am afraid to use this due to rT3 issue. > > > > Is it common for rT3/hypo people to have low minerals? > > > > Thanks, S > > >
