T3 absorption does not appear to be affected by whether you take it with food or

not.

Do avoid taking it at the same time as iron pills, though.

I have taken ALL the different brands of T3 sublingually, some take longer to

dissolve but they all work just fine that way.

Thanks again! I have been taking it at least an hour before my iron, so I'm

good there.
