Just wondering if anyone had tried any other ways to lower their Reverse T3

levels besides taking T3?

It seems that the only option I hear about is taking T3 and I wondered if there

are other ways to lower Reverse T3 levels.

Taking a mix of T3 and T4 at some ratio will lower RT3 in the serum.

What we don't know is how low it has to be in serum to clear receptor

blockage

We do know that taking T3 only for at least 12 weeks clears receptors

and this happens a long time after the serum levels become very low.
