Guest guest
Glad to hear you are doing this well, but I am here to tell you that just cause it is hereditary., doesn;t mean YOU have to live wiht it! It just means they didn;t find the cause, and thus the cure. My WHOLE family has high BP. I HAD high BP 245/148 for over two YEARS. Four BP meds didn;t fix it. But I have! Between adjusting homrones JUST right and gettin electrolytes balanced, my BPis now 127/77 on NO meds! My pulse was over 120 for many years wiht an enlarged heart. Congestive Heart Failure they said. Incurable they said! Well pulse runs in low 80's nbow and heart is NORMAL. Hormones have magic and so do minerals. Drug manufacturers do not want us ot learn these things so finding the informaiton I have found has been like pulling hens teeth but found it I have! http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > Thank you so much for what you do! > > I received the cynomel and started taking it around June 1. > I have been ramping up slowly and now I am on 37.5 mcg. -split. > > It feels so good to feel good, but it is new! I am also on a different blood pressure medicine > and I am sure you were right about the metoprolo being bad for us. > I can't imagine this lasting but have hope. > My blood pressure is a small issue. > > My doctor, Friday, recognized that the thyroid medicine is really helping me. > I was on 2 grains of Erfa and am wondering if I will need as much. I know it is individual. I have a tendency (also genetic) of the heart rate going too fast. > I think it is completely unrelated to any thyroid medicine. I am wondering if I am one of those that does best on T3 only. Time will tell. > > Gail Baxter > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
Val I would like to say a very big well done to you. That is certainly inspirational that you have achieved this by yourself. It gives us all hope. I am going to pass this info on to a friend of mine who is suffering from high BP with no obvious cause. I also have periodical episodes of unexplained high BP which I have been hoping will resolve when I raise my ferritin, clear RT3 and hopefully increase DHEA and free testosterone. Thanks go to you and the other moderators for all the time and effort that obviously goes into this forum and the adrenals forum as well. > > Thank you so much for what you do! > > > > I received the cynomel and started taking it around June 1. > > I have been ramping up slowly and now I am on 37.5 mcg. -split. > > > > It feels so good to feel good, but it is new!
