when you can't take antibiotics

Dr. prescribed antitbiotics (amoxicillin) for my sinus infection but the pills flared up my vulvar pain in just one day. I have had no pain since I did the yeast cleansing diet 3 months ago. what do other women with yeast issues do to treat infections? Should i just let my sinuses try to heal themselves? I can't imagine going back to vulvar pain and burning. i feel like crying.
