Guest guest
According to Dr. Lee's book, women who are estrogen-dominant benefit from progesterone, but I'm not and I don't. It's like a poison for me, too. Because I'm post-menopausal and on a low dose of continuous estrogen, my gyno insist I take it for 10 days every three months to induce a withdrawal bleed. I have to stay home the last five of those 10 days due to constantly having to urinate and suffering uncontrollable diarrhea. Oddly, my chronic insomnia seems to disappear while I'm taking progesterone, but it does me no good since I keep waking up to use the bathroom!
