Sounds about like what is experiencing. We once tried to fool a friend (jokingly) that we had a secret language, a code where words are replaced with other words, like in those spy codes where letters are replaced with other letters. She almost bought it... The situation was that we were at a breakfast table together, and asked me to get her bag for her, to which I responded by handing her the cheese (it was what she meant).
