Guest guest
I think getting paid was an " install the Work Ethic " thing... :-D To this day I still hate ironing! Most of my folks, at least in the recent generations, were farmers - guess that's kind of going the way of the dodo, though! I did 10 years in the USAF, then several years as an LAHT (licensed animal health tech - basically a " doggie RN " ), then worked in an old-fashioned drive-in restaurant complete with car hops, a taco joint, and for a very short while in an assisted-living home - I think any job of honest work is a good job, really. I'd probably have one now if I could guarantee I'd be there every day... but then again I prolly couldn't do it in my jammies, huh? ;-D T in WY Practical Blackwork Designs http://practicalblackwork.com http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return... Guest guest
Gee , What fantastic credentials and background you've had. Soup to nuts! It makes you really rich in experience. I am very impressed with all you have done. I too, question, what, if anything, I can do after all this computer training; with pain levels so high, I can't see straight--not sure how I'd function in a clerical position. You do plenty with your craft though; it's beautiful the kind of work you come out with! love, Kate To: MSersLife Sent: Thu, May 26, 2011 12:21:02 AMSubject: Jobs and stuff (was RE: pain dr. Guest guest
There are computer jobs folks " telecommute " to - maybe you'll be able to find something like that when you've finished your training? And thanks! Now if we can just get in gear to the point where I actually have enough earnings to be reportable! ;-) T in WY Practical Blackwork Designs http://practicalblackwork.com http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return...
