Val's right, hydrocortisone is bioidentical to cortisol.

If you really really want a natural preparation, there is Isocort -

though I can't remember how it is derived - but personally I didn't

find it strong enough.

I found Isocort to be wonderful, but I think her problem is much, much

worse than mine was and will require something stronger.

Should she specifically ask her doctor for hydrocortisone? Can anyone

name some manufacturers or name brands that it is sold under?
