up your caffeine count with tea - tis the season - mint tea is refreshing - stay clear of Earl Gray - I do miss it so - drank pots of it before I new better God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

To: MSersLife Sent: Fri, April 15, 2011 10:02:13 AMSubject: Thanks!

My leg pain has gotten much better. I feel much better today. I'm on Zanaflex for my leg cramping. But I will definitely talk to the dr about the baclofen when I go in. The dr wants me to take the Zanaflex during the day and not just at night since it will work better having it in my system around the clock, but it makes me sooooo tired I can't function and then how am I suppose to work! For those who have taken baclofen does it make you tired? Thanks again for all the help. Hope everyone has a great day!

local honey is good for tummy pronlems and allergies - not the stuff in the grocery store - I can't handle citrus so I use cider vinegar in my tea with the honey - two fer - allergies and tummy are doing great God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

Just goes to show how very different each of us are in symptoms, and how different medications work for us as well.. Caffeine is a diuretic.. I had to stop my Diet Pepsi habit to gain control.. or at least spend a bit of time somewhere other than the bathroom.. Still drink my coffee in the morning.. then run to the potty until afternoon... now that I'm not working I can spend my time running.I can have coffee at night, if I don't mind the every two hour wake up call too much.. and still drop right off to sleep.....But I doooo agree with the Mint Tea.. I love that stuff!! Nobody else does, so I'm not going to get it Iced.. have to drink it hot.. and then would put honey in there for sweetener.. Honey in Orange Pekoe for sweetening is great.. but not in Mint.. :)HUGS|)onna

well, we are family - we are a can of assorted nuts - but we are harmless - if someone is dealing with the monster - it takes awhile but then we remember we all have it or have dealt with it - the memory ain't what it used to be

welcome to another Brit - my birth certificate says I am related to half the county of Gloustershire in the Cotswolds - not the Glossy Posse - Bibury near Cirencester

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

wanted to say thanks for welcoming me to stay with this group. I had to go back and make sure I unsubscribed from the correct one...went through the picture of the precious moment (?) kids laying looking up at the sky and didn't mind the name of the group since the other one is pretty inactive. I am so glad you guys are home often and pass through throughout the day. It gets lonely here sometimes as people are so busy these days. I have three close gf's, two are British that are just joys in my life and they have family issues and health issues that take up a lot of their time these days. the other is has two little little kids so her time is pretty occupied most of the time. Update on my neurologist change, my previous one can/will take me on after she moves in July to a different medical center. I just need to get with my family practice dr. to get a new referral set up specifying her and then I can get my records set over. it's about a 45 min

drive but worth every mile/min if I can leave my appt in a positive frame of mind. Thanks again!Dee

feel free to call me that Sharon lol~ I use to have a small pet sitting service in Idaho years ago and one of my customers who hailed from Boston use to say to me if she saw me in public and wanted to say something to me would say "dog woman, dog woman," ugh~ although it is likely people in my neighborhood think of me as "the dog lady" because of my 6 (now 5) dogs because I use to walk like a every day for long hour or so walks with two groups of dogs each...chatting of course with neighbors along the way. I miss that the most because the 'circle' of neighbors grows ever smaller due to foot issues or other limiting abilities that come/go. Learning to cope though, just have to do things differently and can still find a way, like perhaps driving them to a different starting/stopping point

and then taking a walk in a different area. :) Dairy Queen~To: MSersLife Sent: Sun, May 29, 2011 1:47:03 PMSubject: Re: thanks!

I'm glad you are staying with us Dee. You know I still really, really want to call you "Dairy Queen" because of your DQ email address. lolhugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. wanted to say thanks for welcoming me to stay with this group.

Thanks again!Dee------------------------------------

well at least we aren't muggles God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

lol, Anne...a can of assorted nuts, love that one!

well, we are family - we are a can of assorted nuts - but we are harmless - if someone is dealing with the monster - it takes awhile but then we remember we all have it or have dealt with it - the memory ain't what it used to be

welcome to another Brit - my birth certificate says I am related to half the county of Gloustershire in the Cotswolds - not the Glossy Posse - Bibury near Cirencester

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
