Guest guest
And DO check temps - Moderator Nick's website has this to say on the heart pounding: Q: If my heart is pounding hard (but not fast) and temps are low but stable then I could try taking more T3, right? A: Yes, heart pounding is usually low thyroid or adrenal stress. Your low temps confirm it is not high T3. from: http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/temperat.htm > > Can too much T3 cause fatigue or would the symptom just be feeling wired? > I've increase t3 over a week ago, and lately i've been feeling very sleepy > in the day, very tired and heart pounds hard (not fast, just hard) I also > get very hungry. > I'm taking 20mg HC a day (5,5,5,2.5, 2.5) and 70mcg of T3 (25, 25, 20).
