So is the same reference ranges everywhere? So should I be looking at a ferritin level of 50-70 > Hello from a fellow Brit, I'm in Dorset We are shooting for a range of 70 to 90 and suggesting that you need to get to 50 before you can take any significant amount of T3 >ALSO what is the best ferritin replacement The Blue Bonnet is spoken highly of but I don't know if it's on the market in the UK The suggestion is 150 to 200 of elemental iron a day split in 2 doses. Start out at 50 a day and build up over a couple of weeks, Large doses of vitamin C at the same time help absorption. If you take T3 at the same time take it sublingually.
