Hello from a fellow Brit, I'm in Dorset

We are shooting for a range of 70 to 90 and suggesting that you need

to get to 50 before you can take any significant amount of T3

>ALSO what is the best ferritin replacement

The Blue Bonnet is spoken highly of but I don't know if it's on the

market in the UK

The suggestion is 150 to 200 of elemental iron a day split in 2 doses.

Start out at 50 a day and build up over a couple of weeks, Large doses

of vitamin C at the same time help absorption.

If you take T3 at the same time take it sublingually.
