Get that ferritin up! 150 to 200mg of elemental iron a day (split in 2

doses) for a couple of months should do it. You can then go T3 only.

Some T3 and some natural MIGHT work, we don't know. Generally whatever

is stopping you tolerating T3 will be causing more RT3 to be made

anyway
