All the time. I have to be ready to gulp down liquids to push the stuck

food down. It doesn't have to be a lot of food, just a bit, but it gets

stuck & stays trapped right by my thyroid. This is not every bite, but every

day certainly.

I'm wondering... I do not have a goiter that is visible on the outside.

But it is possible there is swelling on the inside that goes toward the back

instead of the front of my throat? I do have some nodules, but nothing that

can be palpated from the outside.
