If your adrenals are really shot the exercise may just be too much right

now. It does put stress on your adrenal glands when you exercise.

Personally, I'm not at a point wehre I can exercise at all. Just normal

activities exhaust me. Have you had your coritsol levels done?

I was last tested around June of 2007 and testing again soon. I have

been on isocort since about August and haven't worked out in a

while. That's why I did so little. However, I think my body also

has memory from when I used to drink a lot of coffee so I could

workout then run 3 miles and was shot afterwards. Back when I didn't

know I had adrenal fatigue.

Thanks everyone for the info I will definitely skip the chocolate

next time and do the smoothies. I have some L-glutamine powder I can

add to them and I'm looking into the d-ribose.
