Guest guest
If your adrenals are really shot the exercise may just be too much right now. It does put stress on your adrenal glands when you exercise. Personally, I'm not at a point wehre I can exercise at all. Just normal activities exhaust me. Have you had your coritsol levels done? Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
I was last tested around June of 2007 and testing again soon. I have been on isocort since about August and haven't worked out in a while. That's why I did so little. However, I think my body also has memory from when I used to drink a lot of coffee so I could workout then run 3 miles and was shot afterwards. Back when I didn't know I had adrenal fatigue. Thanks everyone for the info I will definitely skip the chocolate next time and do the smoothies. I have some L-glutamine powder I can add to them and I'm looking into the d-ribose. Thanks, > > > > If your adrenals are really shot the exercise may just be too much right > > now.
