Can I just take 1 teaspoon twice a day morning and evening? I thought about taking some at lunch but this could be tricky while at work. Guest guest
That is alot of salt, according to the book " The water cure " a half of a teaspoon is the recommended dose and then you have to drink about 6-7 glasses of water to move the salt. If you cant do the water , you cant do the salt. My whole family has been helped with the water(and salt)cure but we don't do more than 1/2 teaspoon, most days 1/4 tsp. Dont do the salt until you are drinking a few glasses of water without probs. Your kidneys may not be able to handle the extra water. It may take a few weeks for your kidneys to adjust. Pure drinking water , not tap water in most cities. ALso the salt is salt with minerals,Himalayan or Celtic sea salt with as close to to the 84 minerals. Good luck. My blood pressure increased, it was low, my headaches reduced greatly, more energy and better lungs thanks to the water(salt)cure. Read the book if you can, it explains everything greatly. Goodluck, also curezone.com has info on the water cure, also google the water cure,it has a webpage. Guest guest
--- Well I increased my salt yesterday fom 1 teaspoon to two teaspoons to help me use the florinef and I felt alot less anxious, more energetic and my blood pressure although still dropped when I stood was higher than it had ever been -112/61 108/65 standing. This morning though I think one of my fingers was a bit swollen as I could not get a ring on I normally wear without a bit of a struggle, no other swelling.I'm thinking that I may have to increase the salt a bit more slowly and take 1 1/2 teaspoons today to let my body adjust.Does it sound like the salt increase was too fast for me? Thanks, .

Guest guest
Since I've been on more salt I'm also sweating a lot more-almost constantly under my arms even though I'm cold (it's driven me crazy today at work as it's horrible!).This sweating has been a problem for years but the more salt I take the worse it is.Once the florinef starts to work this should reduce shouldn't it? I understand that florinef helps hold on to salt and the reason for the excessive perspiration is due to salt wasting. Have I got that right? Thanks, . Guest guest
>From my other symptoms and temps pretty sure I haven't got high thyroid or high cortisol.Maybe I'm being impatient but once I manage to increase the salt further how long should it take before the florinef starts to work fully? I feel like I'm not getting very far at the moment. My temps are pretty stable but I just want my blood pressure to rise and this sweating to stop.
