It loks liek you are passing from stage 3 to stage 4 where cortisol

levels start dropping. Are you taking any adrenal; support?

No, I am not taking anything for adrenals. Since it is high most of the

time, what should I take?

I would take a good glandular with NO hormones and possibly Phosphaydyl

Serine. PS is said t lower cortios by improving the receptors.
