The T3 in Armour runs out after approximately 5 hours. Therefore, I like to space my doses 4x/day: 7 a.m., noon, 5 p.m., 10 p.m. Armour should not keep you up. It is HC that has that effect on some so HC doses and times taken must often be played with. And HC is the one you take as you're getting under the covers, and not any earlier, or it might keep you up. I take my 10 p.m., then wait an hour or more cause I like to take calcium and magnesium before bedtime, and you're not supposed to take thyroid with calcium. If you take all your doses sublingually, then continue that. I swallow all mine, but you just do whatever works best for you. Barb
