Broward County K - 9 is one program I do watch - Bali is a Malinouis - he is adorable - Uncle Goeff is a germophob (fear of germs) - they are a K - 9 handler and dog and back up - it is a hoot - they bicker like an old married couple - Bali is the star - he catches scent and he goes

K - 9's bite is worse than their bark - ask anyone who tried the bite suit - they clamp and the strength can leave bruises

a couple of years ago there was a stand off down town - day shift officers, SWAT, K - 9, probably Sheriff's department - the idjut was really on a roll and had everyone pinned down - somewhere in there one of the K - 9 handlers saw an opening and sent his dog in - 60 seconds later - all done - no one was hurt - the idjut that started this had a deflated ego - boy did he get ragged on getting taken down by an 85 pound dog

that afternoon the K - 9 unit went to an elementary school for an educational visit - we have special ed mixed in with regular students - mainstreaming

the kids had been told about the special guests - a K- 9 officer and his handler were coming

they were told inside voices - don't get excited - no running - be still - the usual - do not pet the dog he is working

the officer brought his dog in and the dog just sat beside him off lead - he did his obedience

part way through this a little girl couldn't stand it anymore - all she saw was a big puppy and she loved big puppies - before anyone knew what was going up - the little girl was up and running - she came right up to the K - 9 and gave him a hug and a big sloppy kiss

every one froze - even the officer - the next thing that happen brought laughter to the entire gym and camera rolling - the dog gave her a sloppy wet kiss and held up his paw - he made a friend for life

after the officer recovered from his cardiac arrest - he made a teaching point - do not run from the police - the dogs know the difference

they track the fear scent - that and they live with the officers families and get wet sloppy kisses a lot

That's the worst Kate, chameleons don't have teeth. Believe me, I've seen the insides of their mouths. No teeth at all. But their jaws are very strong, that's how they squeeze the bugs they catch, to death. Yip, thought I was a bug as well!!! LOLIt feels like hitting your finger with a hammer, extremely sore. Hi Sharon and all my other little friendsWell, my one chameleon is a bit uptight, he bit me 2 days ago. While I was trying to find him a big juicy fly, after he bit me, he licked off his lips, well, it looks that way. Trying to find the taste of my poor finger better. Now the skin wasn't broken, but it still hurts when I touch the little bruise. Now this was the one (Mini-Blaartjie) who stayed in the fern at nights. I was crazy enough to go and fetch him and put him in the fern. Well, after Friday, I haven't touched him again. After he bit me I put him back into his tree and just left him. I must admit I'm a bit scared to try and pick him up again. At least I still have 3 chameleons that I can trust completely. Neither one has ever bit me and are very loving. At morning he doesn't greet me on the safety gate in front of our front door. NO!!! He stays in the fern, try to hide from me, so it's definitely very cold if he doesn't want to get out of there. LOLI'm still walking without the walker, has a lot of trouble with balance, dizzy spells (vertigo thing) and headaches, whenever I think. LOL Now that's the perfect reason not to think or do any calculations I suppose. Not sure what I'll do then with myself, but anyway. I'm done with my brother's financial books, now the real accountant has to do the financial sheets for it and the year's taxes. Then it's VAT time again. LOL Hopefully my brain will work a bit

better by then. Somehow it just shuts down, and it's really awful that I have to try not to overwork the brain at all. And believe me, these days it's very easy to overwork it. Not sure if it's just old age or just that I broke that last little brain cell as well. Anyone has a young and unused brain cell left that I can borrow, or steal if I have to??? Hi SharonI've never had high blood pressure before, but the last couple of years it's high. But then again the doctors don't care too much about it. I get a very small dose diuretic, but I can just as well ate some chocolates. I think it will work just as good. LOLMy headache is better. I can concentrate again. The steroids definitely helped for it. I think I was on it for about 4 or 5 days. So it sounds like MS related. It's just very frustrating when my head hurts when I concentrate. It's a very strange feeling.I can't even read a book about PCs, because the concentration kills me. LOL Oh great, I'm definitely starting to lose that last little brain cell.But it's better now, and for now, that's all that matters. I could finish my brother's financial books, so Monday he can give it to the

Do you have high blood pressure? High blood pressure can cause headaches. When I get the headaches from hbp it feels like there is too much in my brain and my head may explode. How bad can MS get in the brain? I find that I have more troubles with it, the headaches have to be MS related, because when I take Prednisone it helps for it. So it's not a normal headache. And sometimes it feels that there is this huge air bubble in my brain. LOL I know, I'm definitely getting a bit strange, even more silly. Hi all my sweet and caring friendsI'm so sorry that I've been so missing for a while. Sorry, I sit at my brother's work with my laptop, and I'm not good on typing on this little thing. alive and thanks for being interested in my little chameleons. They keep me on my toes, even though I'm in pain, I have to go outside to check on them. Mini-B (I've decided to make the names a bit shorter for your guys) is getting very naughty these days. He doesn't like hot weather, windy weather and neither does he like to get wet from the rain.So he will walk from his tree to our porch and climb in the fern.Well,that is if he's not waiting for me on the safety gate in front of our front door. We always have to be on the check for him. I've also discovered a new teenager, well, he must have lived here until now, but at the teenage years I can tell them apart. I call him Kwaai Babatjie, translated it means, mad or grumpy little baby. He's always in the mood to bite me, but then again, my fingers are a bit large for him.
