> approved to teach. The monitoring and approval process must be completed

> within one year of completion of the Instructor course. Instructors are

> selected by course coordinators

> * Possess a current and approved state license, minimum level of

> * Have successfully completed the program provider course scoring at

> least the minimum passing score required on the written exam as outlined
