Steve it takes abotu 12 weeks to clear RT3 from the receptors, so take

it easy wiht the raises. It can pool in the blood and give oyu a prety

good jolt whne ti does decide to clear oif you have wandered too high.

Most people seem to end up on 75-125 mcg
