Guest guest
Anyone ever notice how some people respond to kindness or when someone is trying to do good things for others? It always amazes me that when you see an act of kindness or see or hear of someone doing something to help others there will always be those who are suspicous. I guess it's a sign of the times. What is worse is when someone who is suspicous and doesn't beleive the act is not being done for the betterment of others and they go around saying things which are not true about that person who is trying to do good. Why do people do those things? Especially in our profession? Are we not suppose to be doing good for others? Isn't that why we do it? Why do you do it? It can't be for the money. Why is it that when a person is suspicous they don't approach the individual and ask them. Why must they go around saying things which aren't factual. Why do they want to get soneone in trouble. Have you ever noticed how often people delight at hearing when someone else gets in trouble? Why do others delight when someone else fails? If you ever have these feelings and you work in this field where caring for others is not a job but a career.. You need to look at yourself in a mirror and ask yourself why you do it. If you can't answer it truthfully you need to find another profession. When you see someone doing good they should be applauded not spoken ill of. When people do good things for others you should be able to thank them not damn them. I hope this message is posted and that someone who reads it understands what I am trying to say. There is enough hate and evil in this world already, lets not be a part of it. We are missionaries of hope and healing not fear and death. Speak kindly of your brothers and sisters who hear the call and answer it. There are very few of us to go around. We need to build each other up not tear down. If you can't speak kindly then don't speak at all. Nuff Said..God Bless all of you who hear the call and answer it.
