Guest guest
So I turned 60 yesterday. I told my oldest brother (72) "your little sister is 60". He said "it's all relative". lol My niece told me "60 is the new 30". I had a few days of dread over being 60. I discovered it feels just like 59:) My 8 year old granddaughter is reading like a fiend. She reads anything she can get in her hands. The 13 year old granddaughter is reading all the Harry Potter books and is currently on book 5. I guess I did an okay job of teaching them to read! The are all wonderful children--kind, considerate, smart, savvy, well-rounded and interested in world events. So many kids have no interest in world events at all. They are all excited about attending the upcoming homeschool conference in our town. It is sponsored by the local college. The college is very homeschool friendly and offers many dual enrollment classes so homeschool kids can attend college and get college credit while still in high school. My 15 year old granddaughter has an interest in the arts and will be attending college in the fall, taking art classes along with core classes.I got several new bird feeders for my birthday. I have them filled with black oil sunflower seeds and the birds love them! Early in the morning the song birds are busy eating all my seeds. hugs to all of you SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
