Okay, my in laws just took my 16 year old on vacation for 4 days.  They came back yesterday, and wanted us to " come over for a few minutes " to give my other son some stuff and to talk about their trip (that's touchy in and of itself because my youngest got massively grounded and couldn't go, so he got upset when they were talking about it, he covered it up well though).  Anyway, my in-laws know I'm in the middle of an exacerbation and that I " m not well (and my husband kindly pointed out to them that going over there would be bringing me out in the heat).  And bringing me out in the heat did not go so well for me.  I'm sitting at their house rubbing on my arms and upper legs (shorts) because I was getting - well, it's best described as tingles that hurt and itch.  Anyway, it was very clear I was uncomfortable, so hubby was trying to hurry my in laws through all their stuff......we finally get out of there about 30 minutes later (in laws live a block from me).  Then my mother in law pulls me aside and starts talking about is there anything she could do, she just feels so helpless that she can't do anything for me.....but I do think that is the quickest we've ever escaped from the in-laws house when were supposed to be there only 10 minutes.

sorry you couldn't use it for a teaching minute - I get better reception from the toddlers - they accept my crutch - when you say my leg is like a computer or a teenager - it is naughty - the crutch makes sure I don't fall on my nose

those little ones love to smile and wave - since I am a big kid at heart why not

the two with shoe malfunctions will stay with me - first purple flowers and purple straps on the flip flops and then the one with strap problems

in OK kids don't wear shoes in the house - it is a rite of passage for summer flip flops

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
