Guest guest
My first car was in 1984 and it was a 1966 Mustang. We still had regular gas at the pumps and it was still around $1 a gallon. My mom hated me because she drove a car that used unleaded which was twice as high at the time. I think I almost died when reg gas pumps left and I had to start using unleaded. I was in high school and working at a fast food joint so didn't make a ton of money. Guest guest
Who would believe all this time later, gas is at $4.00 a gallon, cigarettes are $5 a pack, and bad for you, and fast food has taken over the world, as well as television.Tina http://www.tvhistory.tv/1955%20QF.htm I began driving in the year 1951, at the tenderage of 14,in Lake Oswego (near Portland), Oregon.Of course the average income was almost too small to count! But, I do remember when gasoline hit 30 cents per gallon!
