Guest guest
RebMy fingers don't "work" correctly and mine is from MS. I have weakness in my hands and usually can't even open cellophane packages. I have to use scissors almost always. I have a clumsiness in my hands and my dexterity is bad. I used to do a lot of hand work like crochet and embroidery but I can't do that anymore. When I have to use a needle and thread I am so clumsy and have a hard time holding onto the needle.I used to have milk goats and the milking increased my hand strength so much the neuro was impressed. I don't have my goats anymore and I have seen a decline.Good luck to and I hope her hand strength continues to improve!love SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. It's a secret!!! I know what you mean about "interesting" gift wrapping, I gift wrapped onefor for her birthday a few weeks ago... Expect to be listening to thatguitar mornings and evenings and weekends now. I know I sure get to ... (nota problem, though, I find it quite nice and kind of cosy with playing). You said something about your pinky fingers not working, is that an MSthing? And, if you don't mind me asking, what do you mean about them notworking? Reason I ask is that has had problems with weakness in herhands, especially in her left hand (and she is left handed), in the lastneuro check-up they did find a weakening of her left side (which onlyconfirmed what she was only suspecting up till then). But the last few weeksof playing the guitar every day has actually helped strengthening her hands(including her left one), she was really happy when she noticed. Maybesomething to think about? You could borrow Himself's guitar when he's atwork, perhaps?love/Reb>> Himself's birthday/Father's day present got here (almost a week late!)> and I've got it all wrapped and waiting - now somebody make him hurry upand> get home!!!!!! > He's always picked out tools or stuff he NEEDS, but this time I went> "behind his back" and got him something he WANTS - he's talked for years> about wanting to learn to play the guitar, and so I got him a nice> classical, and now I'm bouncing around in impatience for him to come home> and see it!> Wrapping it was "interesting", BTW... :-D> > > Hurryhurryhurryhurryhurry!> > in WY > Practical Blackwork Designs > http://practicalblackwork.com> http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com > > "You get a wonderful view from the point of no return...">------------------------------------
