Cindy,

For whatever reason, the t3 seems to work better for me if I swallow it. Don't

ask me why. But if you should ever find that to be true for you, how I take my

minerals is like this: I take my iron and 1/3 my multi-mineral one hour after my

AM dose of t3. So that's one hour after the t3 and 2-3 hours before the next

dose of t3.

Then I take the rest of my minerals and iron one hour after my 5 pm dose of t3,

usually with dinner at 6 or 7. This is way early enough before my bedtime dose

of t3.

Seems to work and the morning minerals don't seem to interfere with the t3 at

all based on my temps.

the iron and the calcium and magnesium the doctor wants me to take and have them

not interfere with the T3 or each other. Doc wants me to take iron 2 x a day.

iron with breakfast an hour later. Maybe best to do the calcium and magnesium

mid-day after lunch, but a good hour after an 11 am dose of T3.

of T3, but that it helped him sleep better.

and I am not sure if my adrenals are stable. Am setting my phone alarm to remind

me to take temp 3 x a day! Am on the Blue Bonnet iron bisglycinate.
