Guest guest
I was really low on my first blood test for Ferritin. I took a Ferrous Sulfate for one month and my test results jumped from 14 to 38 in that one month. I then continued to take Ferrous Sulfate for another month and recent tests show that I actually went down to 37. Did not change the amount of Ferrous Sulfate. Only thing that changed was I introduced HC to bring up m Cortisol levels. Would adding HC affect my Ferritin levels that much? Thanks Dena
Guest guest
I don't think that is likely. One ferrous sulfate tablet a day is hardly likely to make any difference to your iron levels. You could have an increased ferritin due to inflammation and no change in iron levels. To check this, you'd look at the full iron panel.
