Guest guest
Hi Val - NickShould I lower my T3 dose until I find out if I have adrenal or iron issues ? I'm too tired if I take less than what I'm taking though .... Reverse T3 46 Range: 140-540TSH 0.005 Range: .40-3.5Free T4 5.6 Range: 9-19Free T3 6.7 Range: 2.6-6Actually they do nto look odd at all for someone on T3 only. You WANT supressed T4 that is what reduces RT3. The onyl one I really dislike is the too supressed TSH, that shows intolerance as your T3 is not high enough ot supress it liek that. Do you have low iron issues? -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/http://faqhelp.webs.com/http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Guest guest
Nick Val felt my TSH was way too low ... thinks it's either iron or cortisol issues ... but didn't say if I should stop or lower .... I feel really really good ! Only one thing is my eyes are a bit funny - can't focus to read.... but my eyesight is actually 20/20 - could this be a side effect ? Guest guest
>Nick Val felt my TSH was way too low ... thinks it's either iron or >cortisol issues ... but didn't say if I should stop or lower .... Then carry on where you are while investigating, if it's low iron things happen very slowly when supplementing and there is nothing to watch out for. If it's low cortisol then be VERY careful when starting to supplement as the circulating thyroid hormone could be suddenly released into the cells. For this reason you need to lower thyroid input BEFORE starting adrenal support. >I >feel really really good ! Not sure, I've occasionally had odd eyesight issues myself which seemed to correct after a few days, It could also be getting older, the eyes lose focusing range over time. Guest guest
what does intolerance mean and what do you do about that?? Guest guest
> >what does intolerance mean Intolerance means adverse effects occurring if you take it. These are generally adrenal related or ferritin. Anxiety is a common intolerance symptom as is a drop in temperature and a fast pulse as lack of cortisol stops T3 getting into cells and adrenaline can be produced due to lack of cortisol. >and what do you do about that?? Cure the underlying cause, ferritin of less than 70 or adrenals that need supporting with HC Nick
