Well first off, I do nto think 22.5mg cortisl is enough to support

severely deleted adrenals. Most seem to ned at least 30 wiht labs

looking liek yours some even more, but I seldom see weak labs that 20-25

is enough for. Then ther is the relative weakness of Isocort.
